The main material of PCD tool is diamond powder, which is produced by kneading ferrosilicon and other metals and binders at high temperature and high pressure. The hardness of the PCD tool is more than 100 times that of the ordinary cemented carbide tool. It can reach> 8000HV. The heat conduction coefficient is 6 or 7 times higher.
PCD particle size is sub-micron, 2μm, 5μm, 10μm, 25μm and 2~30μm. CDW010 with 10μm particle size is general-purpose, with good chipping resistance and wear resistance. Generally, the larger the particle size, the more resistant the blade material The wear resistance of the CDW302 material with a mixed particle size of 2-30μm is better.
